Invoices come in various forms and formats. From PDF documents to scanned paper documents and images of invoices (JPEG, PNG, TIFF), we accept multiple formats.
There are three ways in which you can upload invoices to Innovo Invoice. The upload options are dragging and dropping or selecting a file via email attachment or via API.
1. Drag and Drop or Select File
Dragging and dropping a file or selecting a file for upload from your computer can be done via the dashboard of Innovo Invoice application.
2. Email Attachment
A dedicated email address will be provided for each Innovo Invoice subscription.
You can forward invoices to the designated email address as an attachment and the invoice will then be uploaded to the platform.
Invoices uploaded via email will have an email icon next to the transaction details when you view it in the overview section.
You can also send invoices to Innovo Invoice via the API. For companies that would like to incorporate Innovo Invoice seamlessly into their system architecture, this can be a simple and seamless option to send invoices.
In the setting section under the API setup, simply generate an API key. For further connectivity via API please contact us at [email protected].
