To post expenses directly to QuickBooks, Innovo Xpense needs to be given access to generate accounting postings.

To connect QuickBooks to Innovo Xpense, click on the Account menu item found in the Admin Console menu. This will bring up the Account page. 

On the Account page, click on the Integration tab. After that, select QuickBooks in the drop-down list and click on the Set Integration button.

After setting integration to QuickBooks, on the right side of the page, a "Connect to QuickBooks” button will appear. Clicking this button will bring up the QuickBooks authorization page.

In the QuickBooks authorization page, key in your QuickBooks credentials and click connect.

After connecting with QuickBooks, you will be redirected to Innovo Xpense. This is a one-time action and moving forward, Innovo Xpense will be automatically linked to QuickBooks.
