If you use either QuickBooks or Xero as your accounting system, you have the option of directly importing your employee list from these accounting systems into Innovo Xpense.

To do this, in the Admin Console menu, click on Management Actions which will reveal a list on management actions that you can carry out.

Click on the Manage Users menu item and this will bring you to the Manage Users page.

In the Manage Users page click on either the Import from QuickBooks or Import from Xero button.

Select the users to be imported and click Sync. This will automatically import the employee data either from QuickBooks or Xero into Innovo Xpense. 

The users imported from QuickBooks or Xero will be visible in the Manage Users page.
